"I was let down by this order..."
I was let down by this order from Kidrobot. The shipping box arrived crushed on one side, and there was hardly any packing material in there to protect anything. The actual figure box had dents, and the figure itself had marks on it like it had already been handled or dropped. I collect these, so the condition really matters to me. Trying to get help just made it more frustrating, especially dealing with the usual automated system runaround instead of an actual person. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again...

"Felt pressured into paying way too much"
They do have some cool stuff, but the prices felt ridiculous for what you actually get. I kind of felt pressured to go through with it once I was already checking out, especially after seeing shipping add even more to the total. When the figure arrived, it was smaller than I expected too. Overall, it just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Cool idea, but the quality just isn’t there"
I really liked the idea behind this, but it broke way faster than I expected. I reached out about it too, and it kind of felt like nobody even read what I wrote. Disappointing overall

I ordered from Kidrobot and the shipping was way slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on, and then it finally showed up much later than it was supposed to. Like I said, the shipping just took forever, and like I said, it didn’t feel reliable at all. Probably won’t be ordering again

"Am I the only one not hearing back from customer service?"
Am I the only one who can't get a response from customer service? I emailed twice about my order and never heard anything back. It’s frustrating, and it doesn’t feel okay to just be left hanging like that.
